(openPR) - At the annual Arab Health Exhibition in Dubai, UAE, in January Medicopex GmbH displayed their Products and Services at an enlarged booth at the Za'abeel Hall.
This show for medical equipment today is one of the most important events like the Medica in Germany and the Fime in the USA and has visitors from the Arab region, as well as from the Indian subcontinent and Eastern African countries.

The Medicopex booth attracted many international customers and partners and was also visited by German Secretairy of the Bavarian State Mrs. Katja Hassel who was impressed after her visit: "This seems to be a perfect business idea" she said to Mr. Florian Dickopp (53), Director of Medicopex after introduction of a MRI project where a pre-owned 1.5T system was deinstalled from a clinic in Germany and shifted to a clinic in the Middle East.

After this 8th participation in the Arab Health Show Dickopp summarized the results: "The international interest in used equipment from Germany is still increasing." He claimed that medical care in metropolitan areas is highly developed but often decreases dramatically in the country sides.

Medicopex GmbH has again been listed in the DOTmed 100 for 2008. Medicopex, located in Oberasbach, Germany, is highly specialized in CT and MRI imaging, spare part supplies and related services. DOTmed Certified Florian Dickopp, Medicopex's Director, has experience in the business with more than 15 successful years in the field. Dickopp explained why he felt that Medicopex was again in the DOTmed 100 list, including Medicopex striving to provide top quality preowned CT and MRI systems at affordable prices. At the annual convention held near Hannover, Germany, DOTmed certified Florian Dickopp, Director of Medicopex GmbH, Germany, has been reelected as President of the FRD e.V., Germany's important association of manufacturers, dealers, service, and consulting companies in the X-ray field. Members of the FRD are f.e. Dunlee, Pehamed, PTW, Scanditronix-Wellhoefer, Swissray, TUV, Unfors, Vacutec, Varian.

"We are very glad about this repeated proof of trust. This enables our association to keep on working steadily and represent our members' common economical and technical interests [before] government and public authorities," Florian Dickopp said after the three-day convention held in May 2007.
